Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a concern that the outer periphery of a needle valve is hooked to the inner periphery of an inflow opening corresponding to the outer periphery even if a wide range of capacity switching is enabled by narrowing a needle valve. SOLUTION: A constant flow rate valve comprises a movable valve 45, where a pressure reception plate 45f for dividing a primary pressure chamber 67 and a secondary one 64 overhangs at the outer periphery of a movable cylinder 45a, where one end approaches or is separated from a fixed valve seat 35d; the needle valve 47 that reciprocates between a small capacity state being inserted into an inflow opening 45b that is open to the side end section of the primary pressure chamber 67 at the other end of the movable cylinder 45a and a large capacity state escaping from the inflow opening 45b; an opening 45d that is provided at the movable cylinder 45a for guiding a secondary pressure to the secondary pressure chamber 64; a capacity switching means 70 for moving the needle valve 47 in the axial direction; a secondary pressure spring 32 for energizing the movable valve 45 in a direction for opening the valve; and a primary pressure spring 53 for energizing the movable valve 45 in the direction for opening the valve.
