Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting device capable of taking in the eastern sunshine or the western sunshine from an opening on a southern surface side or a northern surface side and a building in which the daylighting device is installed. SOLUTION: In the daylighting device 1, in which a prism sheet 2 of which the one surface is formed of irregularity surfaces 21 in which crests 23 and bottoms 24 continue alternately, and the other surface is formed of approximately flat surfaces 22, is directed approximately vertically, the irregular surfaces 21 are arranged toward the incident direction and light made incident from the one surfaces is diffracted and transmitted and the direction of light is changed in the direction different from the incident direction from the other surface and light can be projected, the crests 23 are oriented in the direction continued in the approximately vertical direction.
