Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability, rigidity, sound isolation effect and heat insulation property of an inexpensive void unit. SOLUTION: The void unit is so constituted that it is orderly arranged lengthwise and crosswise in a state to hold a plurality of light spherical bodies 3 between both checkerboard members 2a and 2b arranged in parallel with each other. Each light spherical body cannot pass through each lattice interval of the lattice members, the lattice members are parallelly arranged at an interval sightly narrower than the diameter of the light spherical body, and the lattice members connected with a width spacer 4 can be used. The hollow concrete slab is constituted of the void units, structural members arranged to both sides or one side of the void unit and a concrete material integrally coating them.
