Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for consistently manufacturing a hot-dip Al-Zn alloy plated steel strip which is provided with a plating film containing Al of 20-95 mass % and has excellent elongation characteristic and attractive appearance of a plated surface. SOLUTION: In order to improve the elongation characteristic by heating a hot-dip Al-Zn alloy plated steel strip after plating metal is solidified, the plated steel strip is continuously heated to the temperature of below 30°C immediately before a coiling device of a plating line, and coiled with the coiling-up tension of ≤ 3.0 kg/mm2. Then, the temperature is kept by the accumulated heat in the coil, or holding it at a temperature below 300°C in a heating furnace. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
