Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high corrosion-resistant ceramics that have high anti-steam corrosiveness to high temperature steam at a high temperature range of 1,000°C or higher and that have a long product life. SOLUTION: The corrosion-resistant ceramics are constituted from a ceramic substrate 1, a corrosion-resistant ceramic layer 2 formed on the surface of the ceramic substrate 1 and a surface protective layer 3 formed on the corrosion-resistant ceramic layer 2. The corrosion-resistant ceramic layer 2 is formed from a plurality of die silicate layers 2a, 2b obtained from disilicate crystals of 3a group elements in the periodic table which are different from each other. The surface protective layer 3 is constituted from a zirconium oxide stabilized by the group 3a element in the periodic table. Further, each of the thermal expansion coefficients of the ceramic substrate 1, a plurality of die silicate layer 2a, 2b to form the corrosion-resistant ceramic layer 2 and the surface protective layer is structured so that each is arranged in a gradient state from the ceramic substrate toward the surface protective layer.
