METHOD FOR PREPARING DATA FOR CARD WITH FACE PHOTOGRAPH AND PROGRAM FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically give an appropriate file name to a file for face photographs which keeps the face photographs prepared by trimming, and in particular, to issue a number of cards with the face photographs with no mistake and in a short time. SOLUTION: A server 10 for preparing a card fetches a colored original image 12 in which a blue back portrait and a display plate on which a student number is entered in a red frame are photographed as digital data, and also fetches text information 16 in which personal information is recorded. A face is detected by extracting a skin color region from the colored original image 12, and digital data for the face photograph is prepared based on the face from the original image 12, and a file name consisting of character code information prepared by recognizing image information in the red frame of the original image 12 by characters is given to it and is stored. In addition, the fetched text information and the stored file for the face photograph are automatically collated with each other based on the character code information, and data for the card with the face photograph is prepared based on the face photograph in the file for face photographs and the personal information of the portrait of the face photograph.
