Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for forming an inner surface coating on the inner circumferential face of a cylindrical body with a self-fluxing alloy having a large surface hardness. SOLUTION: Inside the cylindrical body 1 placed sideways, there is arranged a self-fluxing alloy powder uniformly in the axial direction of the cylindrical body, in a quantity suitable for the thickness of coating to be formed. After a powder layer of a uniform thickness is formed on the inner circumferential face by rotating the cylindrical body 1 at high speed, the powder inside is melted by heating the cylindrical body 1 to form a molten metal layer, then cooled and solidified to form the inner surface coating. In melting and solidifying the self-fluxing alloy, with a centrifugal force of 20-50G kept working on the inner circumferential face position of the cylindrical body 1, the hard ceramics fine particles of low specific gravity in the molten metal are integrated anti-centrifugally on the inner diameter side, increasing the density and hardness of the hard fine particles on the face of the inner surface coating.
