SOLUTION: In the apartment house alarm monitoring system comprising at least one composite board and a plurality of home information boards, the composite board is provided with a control means for monitoring and controlling the states of the whole system and a storage means for storing the control results of the control means, so that an apparatus which is a main target for the inspection of a trouble or the like can be easily detected and the control results of the system can be simply utilized.
