INFORMATION PROVIDING DEVICE FOR VEHICLES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture input from outside with an optimum visual mode in a vehicle. SOLUTION: Input picture information is preserved temporarily in an input image preserving part 11. When the information is offered with the picture information visual device 4, the information is preserved temporarily in an output picture preserving part 12. While the information is updated from time to time and offered, a lapse time from when information offering is started is measured with a lapse time measuring device 3, a difference of every screen of picture information preserved in the output picture preserving part 12 and picture information preserved in the input image preserving part 11 is calculated by a picture information difference operation part 13. When a difference between the output picture information and the input picture information is small, an output control part 14 shows the input picture information and updates picture information. When a difference between the output picture information and the input picture information is large, the input picture information is presented after a serving period meters a constant period of time, thereby updating the picture information.
