Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool an object to be cooled without freezing in a vacuum cooling apparatus with detachable cooling tanks. SOLUTION: In this control method for the vacuum cooling apparatus 1 with the cooling tanks 2 storing the object to be cooled detachable therefrom, the cooling tanks 2 are installed in the vacuum cooling apparatus 1 and vacuum suction lines 4 are connected to the cooling tanks 2. Based on detected signals from a pressure detection means 5 detecting a pressure in the vacuum suction lines 4, the operation of a pressure reducing means 6 reducing the pressure in the cooling tanks 2 through the vacuum suction lines 4 is controlled.
