Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace wall structure of a rotary kiln capable of preventing a furnace wall from being fallen or turned over even when a low strength castable refractories are used. SOLUTION: A large number of X-shaped studs 11 are welded to the inner surface of the metal skin 10 of the rotary kiln to hold a refractory layer 12 formed of the low strength castable refractories by these X-shaped studs 11. Also, in place of the X-shaped studs 11, plate-like studs formed by bending metal plates may be welded in the tilted state in the circumferential direction to support the refractory layer formed of the low strength castable refractories by these plate-like studs.
