Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for construction machinery superior in cooling performance with small draft resistance. SOLUTION: The cooling device for the construction machinery provided in the vicinity of an engine 1 has heat exchangers 7 and 8, and a cooling fan 6 opposed to the heat exchangers 7 and 8. The cooling device substantially linearly forms an air duct of cooling air along the direction of a rotating shaft of the cooling fan 6 avoiding the engine 1. Furthermore, the cooling device is provided with air openings 9 and 9 at a position opposed to the cooling fans 6 of both sides of the direction of the rotating shaft of the cooling fan 6 on the heat exchangers 7 and 8 and a cover 2 covering the cooling fan 6 respectively.
