TATAMI PADDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami padding having excellent flexibility, cushion property, and recycle property. SOLUTION: This tatami padding 1 is constituted by laminating wooden fiber plates 2 in a plurality of layers. The wooden fiber plates 2 are mutually bonded with one or a plurality of bars in a bonding part 3 provided continuously or intermittently in the direction of width, and a sewing part 6 is provided along the longitudinal direction in a central part and/or both fringe parts in the direction of width in this tatami floor 1. A creaking sound based on mutual slide of the wooden fiber plates 2 is prevented by the bonding part 3 in the tatami padding 1. Since the bonding part 3 is intermittently provided like bar on a bonding face, flexibility and cushion property of the tatami padding 1 are not affected. Since only five bars are provided at most in the sewing part 6, disassembly of tatami padding 1 waste is easy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
