SOLUTION: In an Sn-Bi alloy plated steel sheet having an Sn-Bi alloy-plated film on at least one surface of the steel sheet, this Sn-Bi alloy-plated steel sheet contains Bi controlled to 1 mass% or higher but 57 mass% or lower in the Sn-Bi alloy-plated film, and has the Bi concentration gradually decreased from the surface of the film toward the surface of the steel sheet.
