Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green sheet having excellent releasability from a PET film and a mold and high dimensional precision and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the ceramic green sheet composed of ceramic powder and an organic resin, the glass transition point of the organic resin is -20 to 0°C, the surface roughness Ra of at least one main surface of the ceramic green sheet is 0.1-0.9 μm and the stress necessary for stripping the PET film having 50 mm width and 0.1 μm surface roughness Ra and stuck on one main surface of the ceramic green sheet by press-contacting at 50°C and 3.4 MPa pressure for 5 sec is ≤400 mN.
