Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign board capable of illuminating by itself by adopting a charging mechanism. SOLUTION: This sign board is structured so as to be chargeable by mounting an electric double-layer capacitor 5 on it, and is equipped with an optical sensor switch 6 connected to the charged electric double-layer capacitor 5 to illuminate when it is dark.
