AUDIO REPRODUCING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional audio reproducing apparatus that causes sound interruption and noise through the application of exception processing to all channels even if no error is included in other channel when even one channel includes an error in a stream wherein audio data of two channels or more are encoded. SOLUTION: Analysis means 2, 7 analyze whether an input stream 1 includes an error, the input stream 1 comprising encoded audio data of two channels or over, control means 3, 8 allow exception processing means 4, 9 to apply exception processing to only a channel including the error, and allow decoding means 5, 10 to decode the stream of a channel including no error and to output audio data to an output buffer 6 so as to prevent sound interruption and noise from taking place.
