Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-displacement device capable of making the moving range of a moving side rigid body part wider than a conventional manner. SOLUTION: This device is provided with displacement enlarging parts 16 and 18 linked to two rigid body parts 15 and 17, 17 and 24, and linked to piezoelectric actuators 20 and 26 with linked parts 22 and 30 linked to one rigid part body as supporting points, with linked parts 23 and 29 linked to the other rigid body part as points of application, and with linked parts 5b and 6b with the piezoelectric actuators 20 and 26 as power points for power-varying the displacement of the actuators 20 and 26 generated in the power points with one rigid body part, and for transmitting it from the points of application to the other rigid body part. This device is also provided with adjustment screws 5 and 6 capable of adjusting at least one position of the supporting points, the power points, and the points of application in the displacement enlarging pats 16 and 18.
