Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a testing chip and analyze measurement data obtained by the testing chip in easy manner. SOLUTION: There are provided a chip manufacture data storage section 126 for storing chip manufacture data, and a reference data storage section 124 for storing reference data for analysis. Furthermore, a chip manufacturing apparatus 106 for manufacturing the chip 102 for testing is provided, based on chip manufacture data sent from the chip manufacture data storage section. Additionally, a data analysis section 120 is provided, where the data analysis section 120 receives an analysis result in a substance to be analyzed and in a reaction treated testing chip sent from an analyzer 104 as measurement data and the reference data read from the reference data storage section are collated, and outputs the analysis result regarding the substance to be analyzed.
