Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a paste containing an inorganic powder and a polyimide precursor, in which the viscosity of the paste can be stably maintained over a long period of time by a simple means without adding any additive tending to cause the deterioration of its characteristics. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a polyimide precursor paste containing a polyimide precursor and an inorganic powder, a warming step is provided after a step of mixing the polyimide precursor and the inorganic powder to obtain a mixture, in which the mixture is warmed at 20°C or higher.
