SOLUTION: A sheet 1 is provided with a plurality of parallel shaft insert cylinders 2, and with a sheet fixing part 5 put on insert shafts 3 inserted in the plurality of parallel shaft insert cylinders 2 and a fixing raw material 4, a through hole 1(6), a through hole 2 (7) and a screw hole 8 are fixed by passing a fixing screw 9 through the holes, and the sheet 1 is fixed to the fixed raw material 4.
