Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply of low cost and small size, capable of reducing conduction noise or radiation-field noise without consuming wasteful current, with no degradation in power supply conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: The switching power supply is resonance type in which a switching frequency is fluctuated to keep an output voltage constant. The switching frequency is modulated in a prescribed frequency range. The modulation frequency width is varied according to current consumption, it is varied for each mode of different power consumption, or the switching frequency is modulated at less fluctuation in current consumption.
