DIGITAL DATA TRANSMISSION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data transmission apparatus which can perform highly precise digital data transmission with small power, fully utilize the digital audio property, and realize the reproduction of the high quality sound with small power consumption, even when digital transmission is carried out in a wireless data transmission system. SOLUTION: At a receiving side, a transfer timing control circuit 113 generates a speed error information signal 206 by comparing the volume of the transfer data 203 from a transmitting memory control section 110 and the volume of the readout data 204 from a receiving buffer memory 111 and returns the speed error information signal 206 to the transmitting memory control section 110 at a transmission side. At the transmitting side, the transmitting memory control section 110 calculates the timing for next correction based on the speed error information signal 206 from the receiving side, and performs correction of the transfer volume of the transfer data 203 at that timing.
