PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business system for improving the added value of a second-hand car for allowing a second-hand car selling agent to get a second-hand car whose quality is satisfactory, and for allowing both private seller/buyer associated with second-hand car sales to feel easy and satisfied. SOLUTION: Web sites HP1, HP2 and HP3 are stored in a Web server 10 connected to the Internet IN, and a headquarter computer 20 of an agent is connected to the Web server 10, and the Web server 10 is provided with a customer management site 30 to be used by the agent for customer management, an information providing site 40 to be used by the agent for providing information to members M1 and M2 and an information collecting site 50 to be used for collecting information. The Web sites HP1, HP2 and HP3 are provided with a car photograph 90 or a car history book C for making a maintenance staff fill in and a message column M from the members M2 and M2.
