Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive image forming material for an IR laser having an improved image forming property of a recording layer, excellency in printing resistance and having good stability of sensitivity to the concentration of a developing solution. SOLUTION: On a support, a layer (A) containing a highly polymerized compound soluble in alkaline solution of at least 50 wt% and a layer (B) containing resin soluble in alkaline solution of at least 50 wt% having a phenolic hydroxyl group are laminated successively. The amount of application of the layer (A) containing a high molecular compound soluble in alkaline solution of at least 50 wt% is within 1.4-4.0 g/m2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
