Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a PDP device which has a sustain circuit without the timing drift of on-off of a sustain pulse or the dislocation of the figure, whose consumption electricity is low, and which has no malfunction. SOLUTION: This plasma display device is provided with a first electrode (X)11 and a second electrode (Y)12 which are arranged alternately adjacent to each other, a plasma display panel having an address electrode 13, an X sustain circuit 18 supplying a sustain pulse to the first electrode, a Y sustain circuit 19 supplying a sustain pulse to the second electrode. The manufacturing method of the plasma display device includes the processes of measuring the delay time against the signal of a circuit element making up the X sustain circuit 18 and the Y sustain circuit 19, classifying according to the delay time, selecting the combination of the classified circuit elements so that the timing of a changing edge of the sustain pulse becomes within the predetermined error range, and mounting the circuit elements of the selected combination.
