Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce slide friction resistance between a metallic slide rod 21 and an annulus packing 24. SOLUTION: This valve comprises a casing 4 having an elastic valve seat 18, the metallic slide rod 21 engaged in a through hole 22 formed with its center to correspond to the center of the elastic valve seat 18, a valve element 31 provided on the slide rod 21 to be movable to/from the elastic valve seat 18, and a circular packing 24 contained in a packing chamber 23 formed in an inner circumferential surface of the through hole 22.
