Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation coating material for a waterproof sheet, equipped with heat insulation, having a coloring property capable of imparting a beautiful appearance, excellent in close adhesion with the waterproof sheet having flexibility, and having almost no fear of peeling off, forming cracks or swelling after its application, and a waterproof structure by using the same coating material. SOLUTION: This heat insulation coating material for being applied on the surface of the waterproof sheet having flexibility is provided by adding a pigment to a thermoplastic resin having (-)20-20°C range glass transition point to make ≥20 % insolation reflectivity in 700-2,100 nm wave length region.
