Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traverse guide for a winder, allowing the winding of a flat tape fiber yarn strip at a stable yarn strip width without causing twisting thereof, the winder and a package of carbon fiber yarn strip wound in the state of being expanded in a thin and uniform fashion. SOLUTION: The traverse guide comprises a first guide roller having a rotating shaft arranged at a position of twist at a substantially right angle to the rotating shaft of a winding bobbin and a final guide roller having a rotating shaft arranged substantially parallel to the rotating shaft of the winding bobbin.
