Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain culture water suitable for culturing marine organisms, in which a means for sterilizing seawater by electrolysis is employed but the residue of an effective chlorine component is nothing or close to nothing. SOLUTION: The culture water is culture water suitable for hatching, raising of seedling and growth of marine organisms, comprises acidic water formed by electrolysis at an anode chamber side and alkali water formed by electrolysis at a cathode chamber side as main components by a diaphragm electrolysis using seawater as water to be electrolyzed and is prepared by combining the acidic water formed by electrolysis in a removed state of an effective chlorine component with the alkali water formed by electrolysis.
