PORTABLE TELEPHONE WITH LIGHTING, LIGHTING CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR, AND LIGHTING CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone with lighting enabling image acquisition in the dark during photographing motions, not only during photographing a still picture. SOLUTION: During operating a camera, if a user sets on to turn on the light of a light emission section 4, the light emission section 4 is controlled to emit light with an optimal lighting time without the need of consciousness about photographing whether a still picture or a motion picture, and thus photographing in the dark is performed properly. Further, by continuously lighting during photographing images, the portable telephone can be used as electric torch, and thus simple lighting in the dark for identifying a keyhole, searching for goods, etc. in the dark becomes obtainable.
