Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a deposit or a credit to an ATM even in process of an off-line operation. SOLUTION: In an off-line operation disconnected from a host computer, after actual processing delay is confirmed by a user, a process for a deposit and a credit is continued in the ATM, and an account number, a deposit amount and the like in a card is stored in a transaction history file present in an external storage device 203 of the ATM (112). When a fault is removed, and the online operation is restarted, a deposit or credit request telegram is transmitted to the host computer based on the transaction history file (905).
