SOLUTION: This method comprises a data accumulation process S10 for preparing a database DB accumulating basic structure information 10 of a living space, image information 12 of a housing facility commodity, installation position information 14 of the housing facility commodity to the living space matched to a basic structure, basic price information 11 of the living space matched to the basic structure, and commodity price information 14 of the housing facility commodity, and an information specification process S20 for performing a structure selection process S21 and a commodity selection process S22, and acquiring the basic structure information 10, installation position information 15 and basic price information 11 of the structure-selected space, and the image information 12 and commodity price information 14 of the selected commodity from the database DB. An estimation process S30 is performed based on the basic price information 11 and the commodity price information 14, and a model forming process S50 is performed based on the basic structure information 10, the installation position information 15 and the image information 12.
