PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement processing method, a system device, and a settlement processing program capable of performing a required settlement process in a short period of time through a simple operation. SOLUTION: A voice message for requesting the key inputs of both the merchandise code of merchandise which a user is to purchase through a distributor and the amount of money, a voice message for requesting the key input of an ID number for the user to use a settlement institution, and a voice message for guiding the user as to the name of the merchandise purchased by the user and the amount paid which correspond respectively to the name of the merchandise and the amount of money and for requesting key inputs related to the name of the merchandise purchased and the operation of confirming the amount paid, are reported to a mobile terminal 4 via a general telephone network 3. A CTI server 11 is provided by which a voiced settlement establishment message for guiding the user as to the name of the merchandise purchased and the amount paid and at the same time for indicating that the required settlement process has been established is reported to the contact telephone number of the distributor via the general telephone network 3.
