Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image alignment device of biochip manufacturing equipment wherein the yield and efficiency of a micro-array biochip manufacturing process are enhanced by raising the positioning accuracy of a dispenser and accurately jetting a biological reagent of each of the dispensers on a substrate of a micro-array biochip. SOLUTION: The image alignment device used in the biochip manufacturing equipment having a conveyor device and a plurality of the dispensers comprises an imaging device and a plurality of dispenser adjusting devices. The imaging device is installed on the conveyor device. The image of the dispenser is picked up after the imaging device is conveyed by the conveyor device to a position corresponding to the dispenser. The direction and positions of the dispensers corresponding to the dispenser adjusting devices are adjusted on the basis of image signals of the imaging device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
