Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data displaying method for displaying mutually overlapping display data in a form facilitating their identification without troubling a user or without employing zone display. SOLUTION: According to this data displaying method, waveform data in a plurality of channels are digital-converted and stored in memories respectively, the maximum value and minimum value of waveform data are found in each dot zone, and display data are displayed made by interpolating between the maximum and minimum values. When the displayed data overlap with each other between channels, display data overlapping on the lower side are displayed in such a manner that they are inserted in display data displayed on the upper side.
