MOBILE HOUSE AND LAND UTILIZING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective land utilizing method by using a mobile house as a rental house by providing the mobile house dividedly movable at moving time, easily combinable at installation time, securing a sufficient space as a house, allowing safe and sure installation, and usable over a medium-long period in the mobile house having wheels. SOLUTION: In this mobile house, a house part divided into a plurality is arranged on a stand provided with a plurality of wheels; the respective divided house parts are provided with a connecting means having a separable-joinable structure; and a fixing means is arranged for fixing the house parts to an installation place by floating the wheels. This connecting means is provided with a dislocation preventive means for preventing dislocation in the plane direction by connecting the plurality of connecting house parts by applying tension by a rigid wire rod.
