Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device for detecting and automatically controlling the direction of an operating tool. SOLUTION: The automatic loader bucket orientation control device contains a service car, a boom 22 installed to the car, the tool 24 pivotally mounted on the boom and an actuator for moving the tool in a controllable manner centering around a pivot shaft and an angular velocity sensor 54 for detecting the angular velocity of the tool. A controller 50 functions as a tool automatic holding function in which the initial direction of the tool is maintained automatically by commanding the movement of the tool actuator so as to process an angular velocity data and hold the angular velocity at zero. The controller 50 is constituted so that the function is stopped and the function is reset in the new direction operated by an operator when the operator operates a tool-command input device.
