HOPPER FOR FEEDING RAW MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper for feeding raw materials that does not resolve the hanging being generated inside the hopper for feeding raw materials, but prevents the generation of hanging itself inside the hopper for feeding raw materials. SOLUTION: The hopper 10 for feeding raw materials having a raw material acceptance port 12 at an upper portion and a raw material exhausting port 13 at a lower portion has a plurality of shelf suspension prevention screws 4a-4d that are arranged side by side toward a nearly horizontal direction as a shelf suspension prevention apparatus for preventing the shelf suspension of raw materials between the raw material acceptance port 12 and the raw material exhausting port 13 near the raw material acceptance port 12. Then, a dry dust 2 that is a massive body as a raw material and has reduced moisture content is used. Further, the interval of the screw blades in the shelf suspension prevention screws 4a-4d is set smaller than the fragmentation size of the dry dust 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
