SHEET CUTTING DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUS PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make top and bottom sizes variable, and to certainly remove unnecessary parts. SOLUTION: The sheet cutting device for continuous paper comprises: a press-cutting roll 3 wherein a flexible die 1 made by forming two press-cutting edges 1a in parallel with each other at a specified interval in a longitudinal direction of a cylinder on a sheet-shaped metallic thin plate is wounded around a magnet cylinder 2; and a receiving roll 4 opposite to the press-cutting roll 3. The magnet cylinder 2 is provided with a suction hole in a longitudinal direction, and a through hole 1h is provided between the two press-cutting edges 1a on the flexible die 1 so as to correspond to the suction hole. The continuous paper S is inserted between the press-cutting roll 3 and the receiving roll 4, thereby conducting sheet cutting including removing of the unnecessary part. Excepting when the press-cutting edges contact with the sheet, by changing the rotating speed of the cylinder in regard to feeding speed of the sheet, cutting is enabled at various pitches, so that the top and bottom sizes of sheet cutting is variable, and the sheet is effectively cut off while certainly removing the unnecessary part.
