DEVICE AND IMPLEMENT FOR ANASTOMOSIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and an implement for anastomosis, which can relatively simplify the constitution of the device, and which enable a tip member to be pulled out of the body without being moving forward, after the anastomosis. SOLUTION: The anastomosis device 40 is provided to enable intestinal tissues B1 and B2 to be anastomosed by using an anastomosis ring 10 which is composed of a pair of mutually engaged male and female ring members 11 and 12. The anastomosis device 40 is equipped with a device body 41 wherein the ring member 11 is arranged, and a tip member 42 which is provided to be capable of getting closer to the device body 41 and wherein the female ring member 12 is arranged. The tip member 42 is equipped with an anvil 73 which is located on a tip side, and a protrusion 85 which is protrusively provided on a circumferential surface 83 of the anvil 73. The protrusion 85, which is engaged with a groove part 32 formed in a central hole 28 of the ring member 12, is displaced between a fixing position, which disables the separation of the tip member 42 and the ring member 12, and a release position, which enables the separation of them, by relative rotation of them.
