SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR SELLING GOODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously sell goods and take secondhand goods as trade-ins in a user-friendly manner. SOLUTION: This server system 10 determines the price of goods when receiving from a user computer 40 a request to purchase the goods, and when receiving from the user computer 40 both a request to take secondhand goods as trade-ins and the estimate requirement information required for estimation of the secondhand goods, determines the estimated price of the secondhand goods as trade-ins according to the estimate requirement information. A discount for the price of the goods is determined according to the estimated price and a difference is calculated by subtracting the discount from the price of the goods and sent to the user computer 40 as the amount of payment. Thus, the discount is automatically subtracted from the price of the goods and the difference is sent to the user as the amount of payment, and it is easier for the user to perform all these procedures than performing the procedure of paying the purchase price of the goods and the procedure of receiving the trade-in price of the secondhand goods separately.
