Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display time data in matching with a trace, when displaying the trace of a person carrying a terminal device, on the center side computer for searching for the person carrying. SOLUTION: A system for a moving body comprises a position information notifying device for periodically notifying its own positional information; and a center computer with the function of receiving positional information, joining a plurality of the positional information to display it as the trace and displaying the time, made to correspond with the trace. When displaying the trace of the person carrying on the center side computer, a monitoring person for monitoring the trace can select important information from the time interval and the trace.
