Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the chance of quick transaction by efficiently providing information concerning the burden of a loan to a user who wants commercial transaction by using loan. SOLUTION: A user registers a loan condition to be used when executing loan simulation in a loan condition data storing part 22. Then, the user retrieves his or her desired merchandise by using a user terminal 10. When offering his or her bid by using loan, the user terminal 10 transmits a loan bid request to a loan management system 20. In this case, a management computer 21 makes loan simulation by using interest rate information and loan conditions set by the user, and calculates monthly payment for the current price or the lowest biddable price, and transmits the result to the user terminal 10.
