SOLUTION: This device has a fixed positive displacement pump 2 to discharge coolant from a tank 1 and to supply the coolant to a drill 4, etc., a pressure sensor 9 to detect pressure of the coolant discharged from the fixed positive displacement pump 2, and a motor 5 controlled by a controller 7 inputted with an AC power supply 6, an external operation command signal and the detected pressure.
