The adjacent sheathing plate members (2) are arranged such that the respective horizontal channel portions (22) communicate with each other, and then the sheathing rod members (3) are mounted in the horizontal channel portions (22) communicating with each other, so as to cover the vertical joint (4) between the sheathing plate members (2).
