CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE OF EXTERNAL FACING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sheathing material mounting structure which is improved in design by making a vertical joint between sheathing materials inconspicuous, but the manufacturing accuracy and mounting accuracy of the sheathing materials are little influenced, as compared with conventional cases. SOLUTION: The sheathing material (1) is formed of a sheathing plate member (2) having horizontal protruding portions (21) and horizontal channel portions (22), and sheathing bar members (3) mounted in the horizontal channel portions (22) formed in the sheathing plate member (2). The adjacent sheathing plate members (2) are arranged such that the respective horizontal channel portions (22) communicate with each other, and then the sheathing rod members (3) are mounted in the horizontal channel portions (22) communicating with each other, so as to cover the vertical joint (4) between the sheathing plate members (2).
