Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of preventing a boom from being swung in tilting in which a working means such as a bucket is rotated upward. SOLUTION: This construction machine comprises a boom 3 swung by the driving of a boom cylinder 10 and a working machine 2 having the working means S such as the bucket 4 fitted to the tip side of the boom 3 and swung by the driving of a tilt cylinder 16. A switching is allowed between a running damper mode for absorbing the vibration of a vehicle body in running by an accumulator 31 connected to the hydraulic line of the boom cylinder 10 and a non-running damper mode for shielding the boom cylinder 10 from the accumulator 31.
