Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation method for the wall surface of a low-temperature tank or the like capable of eliminating the use of an existing spacer or minimizing the use to reduce the number of steps, shorten a construction period of time, reduce construction cost, and saving labor and also constructing a well finished thermal insulated layer. SOLUTION: When the thermal insulated layer 6 of a unit width is constructed by filling and foaming urethane liquid concentrate in a urethane filling space between a surface material 5 and the wall surface 2 of the wall body 1 of the low-temperature tank while sequentially delivering the surface material 5 by the raising traveling of a construction machine A, one end open part 9b of the space 9 is closed by the side face of a preceding PUF6' and the other end open part 9a is closed by a releasable surface material 15 sequentially delivered f rom the construction machine A side to prevent the leakage of the urethane liquid concentrate.
