METHOD FOR PRODUCING OLEFINIC GRAFT COPOLYMER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic graft copolymer composition capable of producing a high effect when used as a compartibilizer, etc. SOLUTION: A method for producing the olefinic graft copolymer composition comprises conducting production processes including at least a polymerization process [I], a polymerization process [II], and a polymerization process [III] in the presence of a catalyst, so as to produce the graft copolymer composition having such characteristics that weight ratios of a polymer obtained by the polymerization process [I], a copolymer obtained by the polymerization process [II], and the other copolymer obtained by the polymerization process [III] are 5-90 wt% based on the graft copolymer composition, respectively, wherein the polymerization process [I] comprises, for example, polymerizing a 3-20C α-olefin to produce the olefinic polymer, the polymerization process [II] comprises, for example, conducting copolymerization of ethylene and a polyene in the presence of the polymer obtained by the the polymerization process [I] to produce the copolymer, and the polymerization process [III] comprises, for example, polymerizing the ethylene in the presence of a composition containing the polymer obtained by the polymerization process [I] and the copolymer obtained by the polymerization process [II] to produce the graft copolymer.
